MatTime includes everything you need to run your academy smoothly — automated memberships and billing, attendance tracking with a kiosk, inventory and point-of-sale tools, event registration, rank and curriculum tracking, an admin dashboard, and built-in notifications.

MatTime is designed primarily for martial arts gym owners who want to simplify admin tasks and focus more on coaching. It also supports admins and coaches with intuitive tools, while parents and students benefit from easy access to progress tracking, schedules, and communication.

We're starting by serving the community we know best — Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. From there, we’ll grow through personal introductions, local events, helpful online content, and good old-fashioned word of mouth. If our users love us, they'll share us — and we’re building with that in mind.

MatTime is a monthly subscription platform, with simple tiers based on the tools your gym needs. Starter ($79), Growth ($129), and Pro ($179) plans unlock features like POS, events, curriculum tracking, and more. Optional add-ons like branded apps and SMS bundles will also be available soon.

Our goal is to become the go-to operational platform for martial arts and boutique fitness studios. We’re starting small, learning from real gyms, and expanding thoughtfully — into areas like yoga, CrossFit, and community fitness. The vision is long-term, and we’re just getting started.
